Delivery and Pre-Order Pickup

Delivery fee is currently waived*, and TWC  is now offering in-store and curbside pickup for pre-orders.

Tahoe Wellness Center offers in-store and curbside pickup, and delivery within South Lake Tahoe and select zip codes on the West/North shores (starting 7/7!)* - providing quick and safe acccess - delivering menu items to residential addresses in zip code 96150 as well as offering online orders for in-store pickup. Check out details and how the process works below:

Start at the Menu Online

Head to our Menu (must be 21+) and browse our large selection of products ranging from flowers to edibles, cartridges, concentrates and everything in between. You can even filter by category or search for specific products. Once you select a product, you will be able to see any variations and sizes available before adding to the cart.

 Add Items to Cart

Add items to the cart you would like to order. You'll have to create a login the first time (use same email and phone provided in-store if you have previously been a customer), and then just need to log in for future orders.

*We are currently only delivering in South Lake Tahoe, zip code 96150, from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.

Choose Delivery or Pickup at Checkout

When you've wrapped up your order, select pick-up or delivery as an option and enter your address for delivery.

*Only cash payments or ACH pre-payment will be accepted for delivery orders.

*There is a $50 minimum order requirement for delivery to 96150, and $100 minimum for W/N shore orders.

If you chose delivery at checkout, just kick back and take it easy - we'll be there shortly.

If you chose pickup, once you receive confirmation that your order is ready, head straight to our pre-order pickup area.

For curbside pickup, you will be checked in when you arrive and park in a Curbside Pickup spot, and we'll be right with you*.

*All individuals in the vehicle must have valid ID and be 21+ or 18+ with a valid medical recommendation.


Delivery Guidelines

  • Delivery hours are daily from 10:30am-8:00pm for 96150, and 12:00pm-4:00pm for W/N shore orders.

  • Delivery and pickup orders are not taken over the phone, and must be placed online from our menu.

  • We are currently delivering to residential addresses in South Lake Tahoe zip code 96150, and select zip codes on the West/North shores: 96140, 96141, 96142, 96145, and 96146, 96143, 96148. Address must be residential and in California.

    • TWC cannot currently deliver to Marriott in South Lake Tahoe.

  • Must have the same valid ID and individual present for pickup or delivery that was used to place the order.

  • Only cash payments or ACH prepayment will be accepted for all online orders.

  • There is a $50 order minimum for delivery in 96150, and $100 minimum for W/N Shore deliveries.

    • Delivery fee is currently waived to encourage use of our delivery service as a safety measure to maintain social distancing.

    • First time deliveries receive 15% off, for a limited time.

ACH Prepayment Details

How does it work?

Looking for less wait time and a more convenient, contactless payment process for your online orders? Introducing online ACH prepayments for delivery and pickup orders! No cash or change needed, and completely safe and secure. If you have ordered delivery or pickup from TWC before, you will be familiar with the texts you recieve that keep you updated on your order status. Now when you order, you will simply receive an additional text that contains a link to an ACH payment processing form. The first time you click this link, you will need to enter your account information to pay for your order total. For any following orders, you just need to click the prepay link in your order texts, and your payment information willl be saved to your account for even quicker payments.

Do I need to enter my bank account information every time I purchase?

Nope! Customer information is saved in your account, so while you'll need to log-in to your TWC account each time you purchase for security reasons, you won’t need to complete the full sign-up process for ACH payment after your first transaction.

Is my banking information secure?

Yes, confidential customer banking details are not accessible by our dispensary or POS.

Is there a fee?

Yes. There is a small convenience fee of $2.50 per transaction.

How is the transaction processed?

Payments via Stronghold run on the ACH network. ACH payments are electronic bank-to-bank payments that allow a merchant to debit directly from a customer’s account once the customer approves the transaction. This is a secure transaction and one that ensures the customer has the final approval on all transactions.
